Popcorn Espresso Martini Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
40ml Whiskey - West Cork Bourbon Cask
30ml Dark Liqueur
10ml Popcorn syrup
30ml Espresso
POPCORN SYRUP
300g Sugar
150ml Water
2 Cups of salty popcorn
METHOD
Add the Whiskey, dark liqueur, popcorn syrup and espresso to a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Finish with some popcorn.
POPCORN SYRUP
Add all of the ingredients to a saucepan on low heat. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves. Strain, bottle and refrigerate!
