INGREDIENTS

60ml Whiskey - West Cork Port Cask Single Malt

30ml sweet vermouth

3 drops of chocolate bitters

2 spoons of coffee beans

METHOD

Add whiskey, sweet vermouth, coffee, and bitters to a mixing glass. Stir quickly for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Finish with morello cherry.
