INGREDIENTS

50ml Whiskey - West Cork Bourbon Cask

30ml Lemon juice

25ml Elderflower cordial

30ml egg white

METHOD

Add Whiskey, lemon juice, elderflower cordial and egg white to a shaker. Dry-shake for 15 seconds without ice. Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dry lemon slice.
