INGREDIENTS

40ml Whiskey - West Cork Bourbon Cask

70ml Jasmine tea

20ml Fresh Lemon juice

20ml Honey water

Spoon of orange marmalade

HONEY WATER

400ml Honey

100ml wate

METHOD

Add Whiskey, Jasmine tea, fresh lemon, honey water and orange marmalade to a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard until well chilled. Strain into a chilled tea cup. Finish with lemon zest.

Add all of the ingredients to a saucepan on low heat for 2 minutes. Strain, bottle and refrigerate.
