Hot Irish Whiskey Cider Cocktail Recipe
METHOD
A hot whiskey recipe with West Cork Irish Whiskey is a time-honored classic that warms both the body and soul with its delightful flavors.
INGREDIENTS / HOT IRISH WHISKEY RECIPE
50ml Whiskey - West Cork Sherry Cask Single Malt
20ml Apple cordial
180ml Medium dry Apple Cider
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 Lemon zest
APPLE CORDIAL
200ml Fresh squeeze Apple juice
200ml Sugar
METHOD
Pour all of the ingredients into a pot. Heat it over low heat for around 2 minutes. Once warm, pour it into a cup of your choice. Finish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
APPLE CORDIAL
Add all ingredients to a saucepan on low heat. Stir until sugar fully dissolves. Strain, bottle and refrigerate.
